We were attended to reasonably quickly, the agent was knowledgeable and very helpful and sorted out the holiday to our exact needs.

Excellent customer service. Nikola couldn't have been more helpful. Finding brochures and travel companies who provided the tour I was looking for. Very patient and conscienscious wanting to accommodate me. We found just what I wanted. My neighbour has decided she would like to join me, so we are hoping to book a twin room for 2 instead of solo travel. Hays are attempting to achieve the change to the booking.

As usual Natalie Ball was excellent, we gave her an overview of what we wanted and she put the rest in place with her usual knowledge and enthusiasm. This kind of service makes us return time and again.

Nikola was extremly helpful as we xident know where we wanted to go and she helped us with her knowledge of diff places nothin was to much trouble

Opening hours are good. Currency is also available.
Well staffed so we only had a short wait on both occasions for a member of staff to be available.
