A great experience. We've been booking holidays with Hays over the years and the experience is always friendly, positive, helpful and they get the best deals for us. Netty is a great asset to the travel agency and always answers my queries quickly and efficiently.

My holiday booking booking was made so easy by Emily, she was so helpful, my partner has mobility issues and she explained services we could get at the airport, and will arrange that nearer departure date, took a weight of our minds, went through hotel & flight details thoroughly, such a good experience, thank you Emily

From the moment we entered the shop everyone was very welcoming and listened to our holiday needs, the member of staff was very helpful and very pleasant the service was excellent resulting us purchasing a holiday.

Excellent customer service from Tom, our travel advisor. He took time too listen to the type of holiday we wanted, and advised on different options for our planned cruise to Norway. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions.

Firstly the manager found us a better holiday that includes everything we needed & when it came to booking it the assistant manager did the booking for us & made sure we had everything we needed. We go straight to them future as they definitely got it right for us. Thank you

Nothing was too much trouble for Tom when I wanted to book a short break in 4 days time. He was his usual friendly knowledgeable self and in no time found me just I was looking for in flights accommodation and ordering currency.

Netty was very helpful as always and takes her time to go through the details of our holiday booking.

We haven’t used a travel agent before and so didn’t know what to expect.
We dealt with Tom to book our Italian rail trip that incorporates Rome, Florence, Pisa and Venice amongst others.
Tom, was excellent when going through the itinerary, hotels and travel arrangements. He talked at length with the company who organises the holiday to ensure quality of hotels, first class travel included and which meals were included.
Clearly we haven’t yet been on this trip but we feel very assured that all will go smoothly after dealing with Tom and his attention to detail as well as his invaluable knowledge of the regions we are visiting.
Overall we highly recommend Hays Travel especially Tom who as said was excellent.
