Very helpful and willing to help my wife and myself to find a lovely looking holiday for our anniversary and birthday present for my wife

The girl that booked our holiday was so friendly and very helpful got us exactly what we wanted

Sarah replied to my query through Facebook originally, she asked my query & more. She emailed me once I provided travel dates. We had a couple of telephone conversations with Sarah after that which was very helpful & informative. Sarah then booked our cruise. Great service, very friendly & helpful.

Even though I wasn’t sure what I was looking for Sarah helped me with a few options and went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted,thanks.

It is a pleasure to visit the Stranraer branch of Hays. All staff members are knowledgeable , friendly and helpful.
On this occasion Amy served us. She was able to answer all our queries and book our holiday in a professional and friendly manner.

Had tremendous service from inquiring about the holiday to going in to travel agents to sort it all out . Sarah was superb at explaining it all to downloading the Ryanair app for me so as I can do the boarding pass . Would highly recommend Hayes travel .

Sarah has helped with a number of holidays for me and she is always so helpful and knows what sort of hotel i like now.

I have recently booked two holidays through Hays. Been in the shop a number of times and it doesn’t matter who you’ve spoken to before, if they aren’t there , another assistant is happy to pick up where you left off. Both assistants, I met with were very patient and helpful in identifying the best accommodation for group bookings, particularly the one which required four rooms.
Navigating live systems which are constantly changing would have proven too stressful and difficult if I had tried to do it myself so I was very grateful for the support and expertise of the staff who worked hard to ensure that everyone in the party was comfortable with the choices.
In addition, the assistant was able to communicate our preferences to the hotel and arrange airport assistance for those who need it.
I now understand that group bookings requiring multiple rooms can be a nightmare so would always use Hays in particular for these holidays and for all my flight travels. Thank you Malisa and Sarah for taking all the stress out of choosing and booking our holidays this year. Your support is worth every penny.

Chloe was very helpful and efficient, sent me several options the same day and was very happy to answer questions and find me the best deal.
