Lovely experience booked a great holiday very helpful staff all in 1/2 hour 👍👏👏

Exceptional service is a norm at this branch.our latest visit was no exception

The manager (KIRSTY at Syston) dealt with us and she was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to find a suitable holiday in the Canaries which was very well priced. She suggested that we might add on some extra days which made the package even better value for money.
She was also able to speak from herr own personal experience of the hotel we booked and was able to speak very highly about it.
The staff are always friendly and helpful there. She also booked airport car parking for us at a good price and made it clear what happens next and when.
This was much easier for us than trawlibg through the internet and gwtting confused by the various options.

Kirsty has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her customer service has gone above and beyond nothing was ever too much trouble. Booking a group holiday is never easy but she made it easy and less stressful. Would I recommend….YES absolutely a complete star ⭐️ Thank you .

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened to what we wanted and came up with a holiday which included extras we hadn't thought of at a good price.

Walked into Syston to collect a prescription from the chemist and returned home two hours later after booking a cruise from the shop next door. We saw the advert in the window, went in to ask for details and were recognised as a returning customer. Staff are very knowledgeable and will find out the answer if you ask a difficult question.

Always use Hays Travel in Syston Leicester. The best team ever. They are helpful, professional, polite, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they are a great bunch of people.

It was our first time using Hayes and the help we received was fantastic. Nirali spent a lot of time with us making sure we got the holiday we wanted (a bucket list item) and nothing was too much trouble. Further help was given re airport assistance, travel insurance and pre-booking seats. It all took a lot of stress out of the whole process and we will definitely use Hayes in future. Thank you
