From the initial booking at the Teignmouth branch of Hayes travel, for all the help before the cruise right up to the cruise itself, the friendliness of the staff and help made our holiday perfect, hence why we have booked our next cruise with Hayes travel.

Booked a cruise. We had been having difficulty finding a suitable cabin so Hannah a knowledgeable assistant found us one which was ideal. Booking was very straightforward after that

Time was spent by your staff making sure the correct flights/stopovers & seats were all that we wanted. They succeeded.

Very good friendly service and you always came up with good options as the booking got complicated by airlines that were not in your control. We have a very nice Bali holiday booked at great value thanks to you. A special mention goes to Caitlyn and Maria.

Had a great experience booking our Disneyland Paris holiday with Lynnette from Hays Travel. Everything was handled smoothly – from flights, hotels and extras such as Disney character dining. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone planning their next holiday!

Lynette was really helpful. She was knowledgeable about our destination and nothing was too much trouble (e.g. Looking at different dates, hotel options, meal packages etc.). We did not feel rushed and was able to feel really confident in what we were booking. All the staff in the travel agent offered there knowledge about where we were going to get the best deal and experience for our family. I would highly recommend!

Popped in for just a last min deal, she found us just the right week away for us, with good flights and ideal hotel, all within 30min, very easy, also relised my passport would of been out of date, very lucky for me as we was flying in less than 4 weeks.

Good advice

Despite the agency being very busy when I arrived, I was seen very quickly. I knew what I required, and this made it very easy to book my flight. Rhianna was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, making the experience very easy and painless. This is the reason I continue to return to Hays to book my holidays.
