The girl who sorted our cruise for Christmas in the Telford branch was very, very helpful and also completely professional. She helped us understand about the ship, about the whole experience of the cruise and she sorted everything we needed for our first ever cruise.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at Hays Travel
We were seeking to spend a short 5 day break in Gibraltar and received informative detailed advice on hotel locations and immigration guidelines. Choices of air travel and airport departures, car parking etc.
We are very pleased with the agents time spent with us to achieve our goal.
Hays provided a superb service in dealing with all aspects of the booking including travel insurance.
