Booked my holiday for next year with terri Marie ,excellent service and communication my other family members have also booked Terri replys strate back to any enquiries and is so helpful throughout the process thanks so much Terri I will be using you to book again and I will recommend you to others

Fantastic

I have booked 2 holidays so far with Terri Marie and both transactions were smooth going! She always goes above and beyond and answers any questions you have!

Really easy booking process

Really easy booking process . Sent terri the deal i was looking at she beat the price of mine and was quick and efficient throughout. 5* would definitely use again

Never used a travel agent before

Never used a travel agent before, I’ve already booked with her twice! Really good at meeting all my family needs and as someone who is not experienced travelling she was happy to answer and questions. Even one that were common sense like “what is a twin room”
She see what I comment and like in Facebook and she will reach out with offers she thinks I could be interested in! I won’t use anyone else now thank you!

When I booked up I hadn’t realised the…

When I booked up I hadn’t realised the Easter holiday dates sje gave ran into when kids go back to school. Due to working in a school I can’t do those dates. When I’ve asked to amend the booking to change the date, she hasn’t gotten back to me and I’ve now had to cancel the direct debit which I’m now going to get charged for due to booking up on zero deposit so I’m not too happy
