This was my 2nd time where a lovely lady called Elaine dealt with my holiday enquiry and her service was amazing. Very knowledable and took time to review lots of options especially around suitability for one of our party (autistic child). Elaine never made you feel pressured in any way, even though it did take some time to review these. First class service from her both times Ive visited the store 😊

We had to rearrange a trip due to a family bereavement Rebecca was so helpful managed to rearrange everything to dates we could make and cancel the trip we had planned. Can’t thank her enough took the stress away from us. Would definitely recommend Hays Travel

After being let down big time by another company I contacted the local agent in a panic to see what holidays that were available for the same month this year. The Agent Louise went above and beyond to help us out with quotes at varying resorts. She was on hand to answer all questions, of which there was many, Louise was extremely helpful and patient and managed to find us the exact same resort we had before, with even better rooms. So I was over the moon and delighted with the outcome and was happy to book with Louise at hays. I would definitely recommend hays travel to anyone and will certainly be using them again for future breaks.
