made the experience stress free.

I have not booked a holiday abroad for a few years, so it was a pleasant surprise when it was so easy & nothing was too much trouble. Everything was sorted out on the day, although I had changed my mind on how to travel. Other things were mentioned that I hadn't even thought about, which was very helpful.
I was phoned at home with information I had requested.

Jessica was so helpfull and very knowledgeable about the p & o cruiseline, she was very helpfull

Sara picked up my email on this occasion and contacted me immediately to confirm the River Cruise we wanted to book. She had the company on the other line and before I knew it we had another holiday booked. I shouldn't be surprised. Its this attention and service that keeps us going back to Titchfield. First class service, we always book with hays, titchfield, because staff are so knowledgeable, helpful,and are superbly led by Jeanette as branch manager

Our Travel Rep was Jess. I have already thanked Jess and the team at Titchfield, but I got her name wrong.

So just to repeat, although Jess is a 'trainee' she was very knowledgable, informative and friendly. Her supervisor was attentive, but only interrupted to confirm facts.

In all, a very enjoyable experience, and will be coming back soon, to order our next holiday
