Hays travel tiverton were amazing, so helpful, kind and friendly. We really struggled to know what hotel we wanted and we kept changing our minds but it was never any trouble for them and they kept giving us quotes as they wanted to make sure we were happy before we booked.
Great service and will keep booking through them.

Staff at this branch are always pleasant and helpful. This booking was more straightforward than some of ours have been, but still took quite a time and Hannah was both patient and efficient. We were very glad we weren't trying to do it ourselves!

Tom attended to our daughter-in-law's cruise booking, while Rebecca booked 2 cruises for my wife and I. It's reassuring that whatever member of staff assists you, you always get friendly, knowledgeable service.

The staff were very helpful at answering any questions or queries I had. They offered expert advice from experiences and remediation other clients or staff had experienced. They were happy to wait until I was ready to book, no pressure, just wanted me to be happy with my choice. Excellent staff.

Very helpful agent - Tom - who worked out a great price, matching an online price, for a trip for 4 to Paris. Quite a few changes and emails and calls later because we are two couples needing particular facilities, the holiday was booked. Well done Hays once again - superb work Tom!
