Karra is knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Able to sort all our queries quickly & effectively

Nadine was really friendly and helpful. She reflected on her own experiences of holidaying with a family of similar ages to ours. Nadine understood our requirements and looked at all options and was really patient as we dithered!

We used this branch to book two stops in South East Asia from the UK and then an onward flight to New Zealand. We wanted to avoid Heathrow and to try a local Airport. We were happy with the prompt suggested itinerary and the cost for this non return journey was very good. We found the service to be jolly and friendly yet focused. The whole plan was executed within the day! A job well done. Thank you.

Ava was helpful when doing 2 separate bookings for myself and my husband and my friend and her husband today.

Everyone was very engaged and helpful, especially Cara who has personal experience of the hotel we decided on.
Luci was also great and quotes and our booking were dealt with quickly and efficiently

Always made to feel as if I'm the only customer they're dealing with, with nothing else for them to do at the time, (juggling balls may well be nearer to the truth!), and always making time to fully answer and research questions.

Recommendations never vary with 10/10 in all aspects.

Standards don't drop across the board from answering phonecalls through to a successful booking outcome.

Having received awards for their service and approach to their roles, they continue to maintain the reasons they were nominated and were successful ~ far from easy to do.
