Agent found flight from Heathrow and overnight hotel which was a straight forward procedure. Also explained the flight App to me in detail. Check-in will also be done for me. So it was an excellent service and would recommend.

Carly at Hayes travel in torquay is brilliant. She is so helpful and made it a breeze for us to book. She has sorted our holidays for us for a few years now, sometime twice in a year. She knows what we want and what we need as my wife is registered disabled and blind. The service we receive is second to none.
