Helpful and friendly staff.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were pleasant at every stage of the booking process and appreciated the fact that I was an elderly person who much preferred to speaking to someone to discuss options as opposed to an automated service.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have…
This is the 3rd or 4th time I have booked through Hays Travel, each time I have been lucky enough to get Caitlin Templeton to help me and book the holiday. She is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is patient, knowledgeable, and excellent at her job. Definitely a 5 star rating from me. Next time I need to book a holiday then definitely I will be asking for Caitlin again. Thank you.

Great staff
Very friendly answered all our questions. Showed us the resort on the screen. We only called in to enquire but Caitlin told us the information to check in will be sent to Leigh branch.

Grace from the hays office in Ulverston…
Grace from the hays office in Ulverston was fantastic
( as I have experienced when ever I have booked there as well as with the other staff ) she was busy with dealing with the crisis in Dubai & elsewhere. She explained what was going on and took my request for a fortnight on Saint Helena and phoned me back at home a few hours later with details. She was polite helpful & accurate even when under pressure, for which I thank her for. I have recommended Hays to others and will continue to do so.

Ruby was excellent. She sorted out a queston i had about a holiday already booked. She worked really hard to get us anouther good holiday booked. Sent us quotes very quickly.shes a very good member of staff and as always sorted stuff out that needed sorting.

Grace was amazing
Grace was amazing, she gave us a few choices and was extremely helpful.
No pressure to book either. I was back the next day to book our holiday. Though Grace wasn’t in her colleague completed the booking for us.
We shall certainly be using Hays Travel again.
