My experience with Hayes travel, Ulverston was made simple, smooth and easy by your assistant Ruby and her colleague Caitlin. They were both polite, informative, reassuring and enthusiastic as well as taking an interest in the details of my trip. They were on it straight away and delivered what I asked for at an appropriate price. They answered all my questions and concerns and offered Insurance advice and told me about what would happen next. When I asked to make adjustments to my order they were happy to tell me how thatt would be attended to at a later date and for me to contact them about any unforeseen questions. Delightful service.

Called in the Ulverston branch looking for a late deal. Spoke to Ruby who was very helpful and informative. Found us a great deal in Tenerife. Along with Caitlin processed the holiday and insurance. All very easy, despite the slow computer, not their fault. Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly, supportive, face to face customer service is absolutely key to building trust in selecting the perfect getaway for people who work and save hard to arrange that much needed break. From opening the shop door to closing it with the tickets in our hands, we were looked after well. Logan, new to the Ulverston branch was brilliant for us.

We came to Hays Travel because we've used them in the past . We don't travel often,so not confident to do it all online like many do!
