Having recently returned from a trip of a lifetime, with all 3 destinations/hotels recommended by the lovely Victoria, we had no hesitation in booking again.

Previously booked krakow with Victoria, she was amazing from start to finish therefore I've booked another holiday through her. She was very helpful, researched all holidays I requested, gave me plenty of options. Very professional and lovely. Listens to what sort of holiday I wanted and she took her time finding the best ones. Gave me all information needed and made sure I fully understood all T&Cs. Really lovely travel agent highly recommend
