Walked into this shop with no idea of what I wanted…. Walking out not having to sort anything my self I can just get excited for my holiday now😁

She was very patient with me & very thorough showing me various options & durations. She was knowledgable & very pleasant to deal with & I left a very happy customer with a holiday booked for later this year. I will certainly return.

Great service from when we walked…
Great service from when we walked through the door and all the staff looked up and greeted us with a smile and a good morning.
Laura sorted the cruise we wanted and offered us insurance, which I did decline, I thought I may get a better price, but we went back and took it as it was in line with other companies. I also thought it best keeping everything all under the one umbrella. Again it was all dealt with and sorted by Sadie.
Lovely friendly girls, but most of all they dealt with us professionally but with the added touch of making you feel like you mattered to them.
