I was told the shop was going to match or beat cheaper than going direct
I was told the shop was going to to match or beat the jet 2 deal which included a double superior room on checking my details latter they booked us into a cheaper room on trying to get this changed I was told a admin fee needed to be applied
In total for me to get this changed means my family holiday is£95.00 more expensive than booking direct with jet 2 as we normally would of done so much for supporting our high street travel agent’s
I have spent nearly £10,000 pounds this year a cruise with P&O for 4 adults and now a holiday with our grandson jet 2 2companies that I use on a regular basis that I regularly get discounts from I think this might be a lesson to me to stay direct

Although there were problems trying to book the holiday we had chosen the member of staff who dealt with us soon resolved the problem and our holiday was booked. The staff at the Walsall branch are all very helpful and friendly.
