Wouldn’t use them again booking a holiday with them and they recommend us a trip which they use and payed for the trip didn’t get tour guide or the second trip and was only told the day before we didn’t get our money back but hays wasn’t helpful they didn’t seem bothered shame because we been using hays for years but won’t ever again
