Diane was able to get me an amazing Greece deal & was very quick and efficient with the whole process. Would recommend to anyone looking to book a holiday, especially when you’re not sure where to start!! Thank you again🤍

Lovely staff, really helpful!
Lovely staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Morag was really helpful in finding us our holiday to Italy. She gave us different options to take away & look at. When we decided which holiday to go for she booked our holiday accommodation flights & plane seats & then sorted our car hire upgrading to a bigger car to hold 4 cases. Michele sorted our euros & also helped us set up a Hays Travel currency card. Nothing was too much trouble, a great booking experience!

I initially visited the Hays Wellingborough and was greeted straight away , the agent was open friendly and very helpfull in advising recommended holiday options based on my requirements. I further investigated these options at home, before ringing Hays with some questions on flight options . These were addressed quickly
And made the holiday decision really easy to make.

Amazing service
The staff at Hays Wellingborough are fantastic, and very experienced.
For a technophobe like me, it's great to be able to sit down in front of a real person and let them sort out the technical stuff and take the hassle out of booking a holiday.
I have used Hays Travel three times since January 2026, and will not hesitate to do so again

We went into the branch looking to enquire about a safari holiday for next year. We spoke to Diane who was very knowledgable and helpful. She informed us of all the different options and we ended up booking there and then. Throughout the process Diane was so friendly and gave us the time to look at all our options with no pressure.
