The staff were extremely helpful. All of our questions were answered, which helped us to make our decision. They even stayed past closing time to help us finish our booking. I couldn't recommend this branch enough, and I will definitely use them again.

She was happy to answer our questions and she followed up with a reminder telephone call about booking our car parking a few days later. Friendly and personal service and nice to see brochures rather than just a computer screen as in some other travel agents.

A very warm welcome when we entered the shop from Mrs Amanda Bayliss, the manager. Explained everything in a clear manner enabling an accurate choice of holiday. Amanda was very polite and helpful but didn't rush us at all. Very professional. I certainly would recommend Hays Travel again.
