Karlie in the wellswood branch has helped us with 3 of them including a special cruise for my mums 80th. I was welcomed into the shop. Karlie took the time to listen to my holiday needs and then was able to find a holiday to suit my wishes. Karlie was very knowledgeable about the holiday destinations and took time to explain important information l need to know to make a informed decision. I booked a cruise and then a another holiday to the carribean. Since booking l have received emails, to remind me what l need to do next and offering help to prepare stuff l need to sort out before my trip. I have always found Hayes Travel very helpful and professional.

Lizzie listened to exactly what we wanted and provided the quotes straight away, plus included one which she wondered if it would interest us. In fact all the ones we asked for we decided against and went for the one Lizzie provided.
