I found a cruise on the Internet but wanted the security of Hays Travel to deal with it. I've always gone to Hays Travel for my cruises as they are so supportive and only want the best for their clients. Wendy at West Bridgford Hays Travel was so helpful and answered all my queries. She made sure all the assistance paperwork for my friend was done correctly by talking to her personally over the phone.
