West Kirby branch gets a thumbs up
We've not used Hays before but as it is a big family holiday we wanted somewhere we could speak to in person. Karyn and Paula at the West Kirby branch were so helpful and patient and helped us find a great holiday.

This will be my first cruise and the information I was given, together with the help from Karyn and her colleagues was first class.

Fantastic staff in West Kirby branch
I can't remember the last time that I booked a holiday in a travel agents rather than online. Rebecca in the West Kirby branch was excellent. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and managed to get me a great price. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience. Prior to booking my holiday, I had been in to the branch to discuss options with Karyn. Once again, she was excellent as I've mentioned in a previous review. My thanks to them both and I will be returning
