The whole team in Hays Weymouth is fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful.
A big thank you to Rebecca who has been a super star and helped us recently while travelling from New Zealand to London via Dubai.

Further to my review I made an error on the star rating it should have been A 5star for some reason it clicked to a 2.

This young lady very rapidly sorted out my needs , flights etc , assured me that tickets/ paperwork/ booking in for flight will all be taken care of.

We were greeted by Tuesday the manager who guided us through every aspect of the cruise we were looking for. Friendly and efficient we could not have had a better experience. THANK YOU Tuesday.

To be honest on my previous visit I had a major issue with one of the young ladies that served me . My last visit to arrange another break away I had the same young lady but this time she was amazing . Helpful, polite and gave us the best advise possible. Definitely recommend Hays Weymouth .

A friendly welcome, no waiting, and a very professional travel agent

As always we get excellent service when ever we book a holiday at Hays,
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I booked a holiday to Lake Guarda a week ago. I always like to use a travel agent as it is important to keep people in jobs. The agent was helpful but not particularly knowledgeable on the area so it is a good job I had done my research.
One week later exactly the same holiday is £100 cheaper per person. When I queried this with Weymouth Hays I was told I had the best price on the day.
I find this very annoying especially as it was only 7 days later. I was offered no compensation. A small amount of money off my next holiday would have been suffice.
It has left me thinking what is the point of going into a travel agency.
