No hassle from the moment we got the Hays travel store. We knew what and where to goand thanks to the staff we walked out with another Holiday in 3 weeks time, and counting.

Melissa managed to sort a booking for me for Prague Xmas market with just you. The flight was Heathrow only, managed to get a jet 2 flight to join tour from Newcastle without the stress of going to Heathrow.
