Callum was polite, patient and knowledgeable.
Honed in to our requirements very quickly, and gave us all the necessary information for us to make a decision.
On our return he was able to pick up the threads very quickly, and was really helpful.
Took all the sting out of the booking process. Well done.

The travel agency lady was very friendly and patient & gave me plenty of options.

Went to sign in for my flight only, booked in January. Asked had l got my currency yet, told them where l was going and the rate. They matched it. Collected yesterday. Also said l was going home to book another holiday on my phone. The lady in the travel desk said we can do that for you. So booked. Very helpful staff, rang the company to ask for availability of a single room, one was found after saying l was a returning customer. Nice atmosphere in the office, help each other out, eg when the computer froze, another lady was asked to bring up and print out my receipt and booking. Impressive and pleased with the outcome of one visit.

Corey is most helpful and friendly. He is professional throughout and always prompt to provide quotes and deal with our bookings.

The knowledge of the Travel agent and nothing was to much bother

Corey helped us find exactly what we were looking for eventually. We were very particular about what we wanted and he willingly and patiently looked at all our suggestions and possibilities, even though we weren't sure of our location at the start of our search. In the end all the travel agents in the room were helping with ideas and suggestions! We've used Hays for a few years now and each holiday has been just right.

First time booked a cruise didn't have much idea how to go about it . The ladies in the team at Hays at Wickersley were fantastic . One of the ladies who had been on the same cruise we were booking even showed us some photos of her cruise . So helpful and friendly. Thank you

Excellent service, the member of staff was friendly and helpful

Managed to book our holiday yesterday. The male attendant was fantastic! Knowledgeable and listened to exactly what we wanted. He involved others in the office who also gave their advice on the destinations they had visited. Overall a really good service and we will definitely use them again!
