Megan (in Hayes…Wimborne) is lovely. She knows exactly what’s she’s doing and we like to deal with her if we can. We used her earlier this year and she was brilliant then too.

My partner and I usually book online direct with mainstream providers or love holidays etc. we couldn’t decide on where we wanted to go but had a few ideas with regards sun, beach, price and length of time away, and/or Cruise. We popped into our local branch of Hayes were we were helped by Vicki, who was very knowledgeable about the locations we looked at. She came up with some great ideas to suit our budget and ideas. I like to think we got great deals and so we ended up booking a cruise for next year and a week in the Sun this year. Vicki was a pleasure to work with and has been very responsive to our requests for additions to our holidays. Would highly recommend Hayes based on our experience so far.

Vicky was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and capable. She booked our cruise explaining ( & showing us) the type of cabin. She also booked the restaurants on board contacting P&O as they had an IT failure. That afternoon she booked the restaurants when the IT was back up. She is truly a star member of staff.

Very helpful and friendly. Martin was great to sort out another holiday when our Madeira trip was abandoned by Jet 2 in April due to weather. Sorted out the next day! Megan was recently just as helpful to rebook our Madeira trip for August.

Martin and his team at Wimborne branch are always very welcoming and friendly. I am not sure how they manage when they are not fully staffed? The day we visited they were down to two staff members and exceptionally busy. Whilst we were with Martin four separate people came in, waited for a while and then walked out as there wasn’t anyone available to assist them. Also, the phone kept ringing and couldn’t be answered as both team members were busy with clients. Luckily for us we were being assisted.

Always great personal service. They are efficient and able to offer advice about the holiday you are considering.

Martin remembered us from previous years bookings. Very welcoming.
Very helpful with choosing the right room at the right cost. We had already been to this Hotel previously which Martin recommended. Hence a second visit.
Also booking car parking at Bournemouth Airport.

Our usual lady Vicki was on holiday, so Megan dealt with us yesterday. We found her to be very helpful with our requirements and came away very happy with our holiday for June.

As always Vicki was very efficient in sorting out the arrangements which required quite a few dates and bookings.
