I was looking for ideas for a holiday…
I was looking for ideas for a holiday to celebrate a special birthday. I had no idea where or what I wanted but just wanted an inspiration. Zoe listened carefully to me and provided me with some brochures with suggested destinations. and said she would prepare me 3 quotes. All the time she was very patient. We talked about the difference between half board and fully inclusive, type of accommodation I liked and the flying time to destinations. I mentioned that I had looked at Sandals but she suggested I looked at beachcomber. Various options caught my eye and she suggested that she could ring Beachcomber and see if there were any special offers available. It was through this conversation that I settled on a 2 centre holiday to the Seychelles. It was wonderful to deal personally with an assistant who listened and acted on my thoughts. Nothing was rushed and I didn’t feel pressurised. It was just a very pleasant experience. Zoe careful explanation of all the T& cs should be commended and her ability to ask about transport to the airport, currency and payment options was very thoughtful
