Excellent travel agents
As soon as we walked into the shop we were welcomed by the agents which was really nice. The agent who booked our holiday was so helpful and made the booking so easy for us. Brilliant service

Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and knowledgeable service from Chloe who helped us book a holiday to Spain. This included some additional work when we had to change the date of our holiday at 'the last minute'.

Helpful but some glitches…
We booked a cruise and chose to use Hays rather than book directly with the cruise line. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to answer questions about the cruise experience. However, the agent did not initially identify the best value for us on the (admittedly complex) set of options presented by the cruise line computer system. Also the cruise line system was not able to pass the booking information to Hays' own system without manual intervention by the help desk.

Booked a great cruise
Chloe produced a breakdown of our holiday for us to think about. Next day we went in and Sammy took care of everything, she explained all she was doing . Everything went very smooth

Patience and knowledge = good choices
Trudi was incredibly patient and helpful throughout our time in the shop. She shared her knowledge and researched things on the spot to help us make a decision for a special celebration later in the summer.
