Hays Travel - Witney Reviews 

We used Hays Travel a couple of years ago and were very happy with our experience so decided to enquire about a holiday in India.
Emma, the representative, was brilliant. She gave us good advice, asked loads of relevant questions and booked us with the tour company we chose. She also successfully took on the job of obtaining a discount for us.
Would recommend Hays.

Used Witney Hays Travel for the first time, to book a holiday. Service was very good with polite and knowledgeable staff. Attention to detail in making sure the documentation is correct and accurate is very important. Both our holiday schedule and ABTA Certificate were incorrect at the time of first issue. However, this was quickly rectified when I contacted the office. We will continue to use Hays Travel as the service we have had in the past especially the Deal Kent Office has been exceptional.

Megan was absolutely excellent, very helpful, but it appears that it’s very difficult to book a Princess cruise and associated flights via the Hays systems!
We spent nearly 2 hours in the Witney branch trying to book a holiday.

We wanted to add a stay at the end of our cruise which we had already booked. We asked for Dan as he had been so great the first time round. It was quite complicated to do, but Dan persevered and checked and double-checked that all the steps were correct. Very impressed with the service and his patience and good humour throughout.

Again we booked with the lovely Emma after walking out of TUI where they were rude and not welcoming!

Emma found us the best deal and remembered us from 2 years ago. Thank you HAYS we will definitely book with you again!

The agent was really helpful and amenable. She really listened to us and was amazingly efficient so very pleased with the service.
It’s wonderful to be able to go into Hays Travel and get that personal service rather than a disembodied voice at the end of the phone or a chatbot!!
