Went to the Hayes branch in Yate looking to book a cruise for my sisters 50th birthday. Cat made the booking fun and professional. I can not fault the service with her. My Hayes travel booking
Sharon the lady at the shop was very nice. Was able to answer my questions and those she couldn't or needed help from another assistant in the shop, a real team effort. I was given copies of my documents. The payment was easy and so efficient. I am glad I chose Hayes for a change. I wanted a different experience. Nothing was too much trouble all my questions were answered. Instructions were given to make my account to book excursions. I am now getting excited about my holiday.

We havent been into Hayes in Yate for a few years we thought the staff were Very welcoming , helpful and easy to talk to the whole experience was dealt with professionally and we felt comfortable in sorting out our holiday 😀

Surprise get away
Kateryna and Sophie were very helpful to me as I tried to sort out a surprise get away for my husband.
Our communication was through emails, phone calls and in person which was all clear and accurate.
The holiday was sorted out within two days and I would happily use Hays travel for future trips.
