I was made very welcome and listened to. The booking was completed quickly and so far l’ve been kept well informed with information.
I’ve only just booked and won’t be actually travelling for 14 weeks so unable to comment further.

The staff are always helpful, nothing is too much trouble, which is why I’ve used them since my husband had dementia, they make life so much easier for me.

Laura was extremely helpful and friendly. I always book flights with Hayes as it’s always been a professional, helpful and friendly service. Again many thanks to the team.

Helpful and patient 😌

I received an email advertising some black Friday holiday deals. After some discussion at home and checking with work, we decided that we should book up. The following day I came into Hays. The Branch looked bright and cheerful. I spoke to Laura who was very helpful with locating the deal that interested me.
We were joined by an young apprentice who was taking in the information on the screen and collected the print outs of the holiday for me. I was very excited to be booking up next year's holiday so early as I usually book fairly last minute. I think Laura was very thorough and took her time so that the apprentice could learn from the experience. Thanks very much!

Very efficient friendly and helpful staff

We went in looking for a holiday for next year. We came out with smiles all round and a well overdue holiday booked. Anna was great, she took note of all our wants and what we were hoping for and found us the perfect holiday within our budget with everything we wanted and more. I Would 100% use hays again to book a holiday and I feel reassured that they will be there at any point needed before we attend our holiday.

I emailed Nat with a few dates and destinations for a holiday and she got straight to it, she sent me some quotes the same day. I then had a change of destination and length of holiday so emailed her to asks her to look into ii. Nat got straight on it and I had an email back within the hour with everything I wanted and at a great price. I called her that afternoon and booked it over the phone and within 10 minutes I had confirmed my holiday and had the paperwork via email. I have booked with Nat before and knew she would not let me down. I have also used hays in Yeovil before and the other staff were just as accommodating and it’s always a pleasure to deal with them, from booking the holiday and then popping in for currency they always make you welcome.
