Subscription service is highly unreliable with a reluctance to replace the product that does not turn up in time 
Dreadful customer service experience. I contacted customer service this morning to say that my monthly subscription for peppermint capsules had not arrived. I was informed by Helen that if it did not arrive in the post today a replacement would be sent out. I went back online to advise that it had not arrived in the post today only to be told that they wouldn’t send out a replacement until Monday which means peppermint capsule but that doesn’t seem to worry Healthspan at all. They state that the subscription will arrive in time well it doesn’t and hasn’t you should never ever over promise and under deliver for when you do you lose customers ! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and don’t expect to be treated like this. The delivery service is unreliable and the customer service leaves a lot to be designed

I’ve been using Healthspan products for years now. I don’t have to worry about remembering to order my supplements as I have a subscription, which sends me what I need, in time before I run out.

Healthspan used to be good but recently…
Healthspan used to be good but recently not so good. I have now cancelled all subscriptions as their prices fluctuate so much you can often get a better deal if you wait. They send out e mails too with offers on but I have yet to find one of these offers that actually works. Today I have wasted over half an hour trying to order online to take advantage of an offer that just does not work no matter how hard I try. Says you get a free item with any order, when you put the details in it then tries to charge you for the item that is supposed to be free - just cancelled out of everything - another con and time wasted.

Bought twice online, ever since I've had years of unwanted monthly marketing mail aka junk mail!
I purchased from Healthspan a few years ago. Since then, I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list, including contacting them by email (Latest correspondence with Poppy-Mae Jenkins). I was told that I would no longer receive their marketing magazines and promotional mail.
Unfortunately, I still continue to receive regular marketing material to my home address. Today's was the final straw as this has been frustrating, as it feels like my request and personal preferences have not been respected.
I also find the amount of printed promotional material disappointing from an environmental perspective, as it seems unnecessarily wasteful.
My overall experience has left me questioning whether the company's focus is more on persistent marketing than on customer service. Based on my experience, I would encourage Healthspan stop spamming and improve how they handle requests to stop receiving marketing communications.
