Have great products --BUT Watch Out???
Have great products, but their promotions use a "semi-bait and switch" method to lure one into doing "send every so many months". This is not right and is taking advantage of elderly (myself) customers. Bait with low prices then up price IF one does not agree to sending every so many months. You should be ASHAMED.

Good luck trying to cancel
Good luck trying to cancel. My father has been receiving these vitamins for years, but hasn't been able to use them. I have a financial power of attorney for him because he's unable to make these decisions for himself anymore, but can't find a way to cancel the subscription. This company is horrible and they take advantage of the elderly.

Father's Day Offer wasn't applied
I placed the order using the Father's Day special email I received saying I would get free shipping and a free gift for orders over $99. When it put me on the site, it said the offer was applied to my cart. I purchased $249 worth of product. When I checked out, I was charged $1.99 for shipping and no free gift.
