I made a visit here last year as my wedding was April this year. I wasn't disappointed atall. The lady who dealt with me was very friendly, chatty, and made me feel totally confident getting stripped off to try the dresses on. She let me stand on the podium as long as I needed while my mum helped me decide, and she took a couple of photos for me too. I finally decided on my perfect dress and she recommended a wonderful seamstress to alter it, whom I booked in with. Highly recommend this business- great choice of dresses for all budgets too! Myself, my best and my mum all went to Heart Brides almost 2 years ago to pick my wedding dress. Despite us being late for our appointment due to sat nav issues we were welcomed by friendly staff who saw the funny side of it. I tried on a few dresses to which 3 out of the 4 I liked. I was given plenty of time for each dress, with vails, and head pieces, hair clips being added as I went to complete the look. Any way, I then saw “the dress” I had to have. Tried it on, stood in it for about 15 mins while I cried, my mum cried and the bestie couldn’t stop. And I said yes to the most perfect dress. 100% recommend.

Walking into the shop I was made to feel special, I am a plus size bride and that didn't matter at all. They had loads of dresses for me to choose from. I picked a dress that was 2 sizes too big, they gave me recommendations on where to get the alterations done and even explained the costs entailed. They was very patient with me even allowed me to try the same dresses in multiple times to make sure that I was 100% sure.
The while experience was incredible 😍 would highly recommend.

Deposit was returned before even looking at dresses, the 2 ladies that helped a very nervous and self conscious me find the perfect dress, nothing was too much to ask, even with me being super indecisive!

1 star because 0 is not an option! What a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere this shop had. When the bride leaves in tears you know something is very wrong!! You pay a deposit for your booking but It was not a personal appointment as another bride was trying on at the same time. Our bride was allowed no longer than 5 mins to select 5 dresses only thereafter the assistant fetched unsuitable dresses as she had not bothered to get to know her client and have an understanding of her requirements. The bride had to dress herself facing away from the mirror and was then any adjustments to make dress fit were done so badly a clear picture of how the dress would look was impossible. Meanwhile the brides guests had to ask for an extra chair were told NO PHOTOS! and were watched over by a woman on a sofa, no refreshments we offered and it was very distracting to have another bride behind us getting very negative feedback. My daughters assistant was also very negative and was told alterations are far to costly so why would you want them ( surely her choice) she was made to feel awkward that she was a size 8 and not the perfect size for their stock which had pulls in lacework and pearls falling off. She was even told ' you need to decide what style you want it would make things much easier, perhaps you had best come back later in year" she had seen dresses advertised that she really liked but were not available as they don't believe in alterations! The whole experience was unprofessional, rushed and negative. If my daughter had found her dream dress she would of not wanted to buy from this shop . Customer service needs to improve !!

They ladies were so lovely at heart brides and made me feel so relaxed. I wasn't rushed was able take my time and try variety of dresses on. Was no pressure either

I went to heart brides as my first experience in shopping for a wedding dress for myself and it was wonderful. The ladies were so so kind and helpful and I found my perfect dress, brought it, a veil and a veil clip that day!

I seriously cannot thank you enough for yesterday. All the staff were so friendly & helpful. Especially the lady who helped me try so many dresses. I've never felt so special, I didn't feel rushed at all & even though I wasn't fully decided, it gave me such a great insight into what I want. Such a breath of fresh air having a wide range of sizes too! There was no pressure to buy either.
You have a very special shop with such a warm welcome - thank you again, so so much 5*

I found this lovely shop, through social media and in contacting them they were so efficient in booking me in and when I arrived here yesterday to dress shop for the very first time, from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and at ease. I was nervous to try dresses on being a bigger girl, and they helped me get past this. I picked out a few dresses that I liked the look of and from there the girls picked others for me, as I was open to trying different things, they offered a range of dresses that I never thought I'd initially want to try but! I ended up find my dress from one that the ladies choose for me, had they not of Picked this out for me, I probably wouldn't have thought twice about it, I'm so grateful for all their help, they know exactly how to support their customers and what dresses us woman would look amazing in!
As I know for me I felt absolutely amazing all thanks to them.

Been to heart brides today and had the most amazing experience. From the moment you walk in you are taken care of. They know exactly what will suit your body shape and felt I could trust their opinion. They have a huge selection of dress styles and sizes to fit plus size as well. I walked away with my dress in hand. They offer payment plans but paying in full gets you a free veil and head piece or belt and they will point you in the direction of a seamstress for alterations. There was no pressure at all to buy a dress either which I think can always be a worry for some people. So glad I found them and they helped me for my special day. Thanks so much ladies ❤️ xx

Can’t recommend Heart Brides highly enough! I found their page on Facebook, they were very quick to reply and friendly on booking an appointment, it’s so lovely that you have the whole shop to yourself when choosing your dress. I was feeling low on body confidence and unsure of what I wanted in a dress as I was getting married abroad. The ladies really listened to me, gave me lots of time and helped me pick out some dresses to try: and it was one of the dresses that they picked for me which was the “one”!
At all times I was made to feel very comfortable and that they were very invested in helping me find my dream dress. Fantastic price as well and the dress barely had to be adjusted!

All of the ladies at Heart Brides are absolutely amazing! They were very patient with me when I tried on the dress I ended up buying 3 different times during my appointment. I must’ve tried on over 12 different dresses too and nothing was too much for them. They made the process so smooth, and they will give you their honest opinions which I think you really need during something that can be quite overwhelming. They were absolutely fantastic with me and my bridal party! I would highly recommend them, as they were fantastic! The dress range is great too! I am a plus sized girly too so it was lovely to go somewhere which advertises that they cater for plus size, as I know from other places I visited that this can be a stressful experience for bigger girls not knowing if shops cater for size 16+. My wedding was on the 18th of June 2023, and I bought my dress in October 2022. They had it steamed and cleaned for me and I was able to pick it up 1 week after buying it! I feel so, so lucky to have found my dress here because it meant I could support this INCREDIBLE business. I don’t even know where to start with how wonderful it was.

I’ve been to my fair share of bridal shops now & was worried I was never going to find what I was after, but with a little help, knowledge & support from the lovely staff, I found ‘the one’ here. If it wasn’t for the fact that they knew their dresses SO well, I wouldn’t have looked at my dress twice (it was sized slightly incorrectly & I initially thought it was out of my range - luckily the girls knew the sizing was off & told me to give it a go anyway). They were right & it fits like a glove, it’s everything I’ve been looking for & more.

I’m over the moon & felt so welcome, comfortable & beautiful the whole time I was there. Just goes to show that you can have the fanciest showroom in the world but if you don’t have the right people to run it, you’ve got nothing. This place has THE BEST people running it & a pretty little showroom to go alongside them. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Wonderful experience with heartbrides.
Very friendly and welcoming staff and I felt at ease as soon as the appointment started. Staff were very knowledgable on stock they held and listened to feedback on each dress I tried on which led to me finding the one. Memories made to last a life time! I would highly recommend.

As soon as we stepped through the door we were made to feel so welcome, the ladies were really friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My daughter found her perfect dress at heart brides today and was made to feel as special as she deserves. I would 100% recommend coming here if looking for a special dress and great memories

I cannot recommend heart brides enough. The ladies go above and beyond to help you find your dream dress. I tried on 10 plus dresses, and I wasn't rushed one bit. I was told to take my time to find my dream dress. The ladies are very helpful patient and absolutely lovely they make you feel so comfortable.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! these ladies have gone above and beyond for me! Not only did they give me my dress of my dreams at a fantastic affordable price but they helped me throughout my wedding journey as I had a few personal issues on the build up, they where amazing, I really couldn't recommend them enough, lovely shop but the people and Zoe are just incredible ❤️ ♥️ 💖
