I had an issue with my newly installed…
I had an issue with my newly installed ASHP. Moved in and no heating or hot water. Lewis and Simon were able to assist and a technician was made available within 24 hours to assist in diagnosing the problem with the supplier of the ASHP. Great effort and minimal fuss. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent plumber came and fixed our radiator problem very polite and explained if we wanted to turn the radiator off again to just put it on ❄️ so as not to turn it off completely .

Heat pump service.
Just had my valiant heat pump and ground source heating system serviced by Neil.
Very pleased with the work carried out. Heating engineer very knowledgeable, did a good job and turned up on time.
Could definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Reliable, and that means so much.
We received a phone call to ask if it was ok for the engineer to arrive early as he was running ahead of time. I'll say it was! So many other companies had let us down so this was music to our ears.
The engineer was very friendly, chatty whilst servicing the boiler.
Cannot fault this company.

I had a new boiler installed last week…
I had a new boiler installed last week by Simon Annear Plumbing, together with a couple of other minor plumbing jobs.
I am very impressed with all aspects of the work and their service. The work was completed in very good time, with the minimum of disruption and fuss. Your colleague was very friendly, polite and helpful, and always arrived on time. Full stars! Thank you all

The person who serviced our boiler was exemplary.He answered all my questions with authority and conviction.His customer care and courtesy were outstanding and I believe his professional competence and capability were equally impressive given that after his visit our heating and hot water seem to be operating on an even higher level of efficiency.
