They are friendly and efficient. High quality job planned in advance. Installing AC took 3 days, as planned. 3 rooms done. They did a first class job on our heating so choosing them to do AC was easy.

Replacent of my ancient boiler was professional, friendly and efficient from the first contact. A proper quote was supplied, amended to our requirements, and the installation was carried out quickly, neatly and on time, making sure that the new equipment fitted into the existing units without disruption. A brief tutorial on the Hive got it all going. Strongly recommended.

Ever aspect of the work was handled very professionally and the final outcome exceeded the expectations that we had at the time of the original enquiry. There was very useful input at the initial survey stage. This enabled us to be confident about expanding the scope of the work involved. On the day of the installation work, everything was completed to a high standard - and there was no 'mess' at any time during the day. We are very pleased with the end results.

Right from the initial site visit, the team have been prompt, polite and professional to deal with. Great communication from the office. Arrived on time to carry out the work. The work itself was spot-on and they cleaned-up before they left. Can't fault them.

John from Henri-Taylor did re-wiring work after another contractor made faulty wiring work for the newly installed boiler. This was a tricky scope. I needed to understand requirements for the new wiring and clarify on how to make re-wiring in the best way as I also wanted to move programmer and wireless block.
Firstly, I was impressed with the customer care when contacted H-T about my requirements. They were listening, understanding and called back for clarifications and suggestions for the best options. This made life easier and saved me a lot of money and time.
Secondly, they made a choice of day/time of appointment and kept me updated about visit time. Specialist arrived exactly as promised.
Thirdly, H-T did a really good quality job (my scope was tricky !) and did not overcharge for extra time it took to test the boiler for assurance.

I am very happy and will definitely recommend Henri-Taylor.

A huge thanks to Henri-Taylor for sorting our boiler issues so quickly and efficiently! They were able to get out to us the same day after the initial call and then moved things around to help get the new part fitted as well (which we were so appreciative since we have a young family and couldn't be without heating and hot water!). Both engineers that came to the property were helpful and explained everything to us clearly so we understood exactly what the issue was.

A very challenging install of a Hive smart thermostat. Took about 5 hours to complete. Job well done
