Ich habe Anfang Februar einen Mantel retourniert der nachweislich am 11. Februar bei Herno eingegangen ist. Seither warte ich auf die Rückerstattung. Der Kundenservice vertröstet einen und die Hotline ist auch nutzlos. Ich habe jetzt eine letzte Frist gesetzt, dann wird ein Mahnbescheid beantragt. Ebenfalls habe ich mich bereits von meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung beraten lassen. In der EU hat der Verkäufer 14 Tage Zeit, die Rückerstattung zu veranlassen!!!! Dies ist hier längst überschritten.
Was für ein schlechter Laden, dies ist mir in diesem Preissegment noch nie passiert und Herno sollte hier dringend tätig werden denn ich werde zukünftig nicht nur den Shop sondern auch die Marke meiden.
Allen, die hier bestellen möchten rate ich im Vorfeld zum Abschluss einer guten Rechtsschutzversicherung.

I bought a jacket from this company. It does not zip properly as the Ferg gets caught in the zipper. I reached out to them about a return and they have been dragging their feet for three months. Every time I turn around, they’re asking for more pictures, more videos. It is ridiculous. I’m so frustrated to not have any recourse.

I bought a coat the 10/01/2026 ...3 dauys later Herno sent me a message telling me that the item was no longer disponible in my size and rhat they were going to reimborse me ..One week later , it was not still the case...I called the customer service and they said that I had to furnish a prove from the bank that the amount paid was not a pre-authorization ???? I went to the bank , sent them the proof , called them again and still don't have my money back after nearly one month...very bad experience with this company...never again...not honnest

Bestellt am 08.12.2025 mit der Zusage „Lieferung bis Weihnachten“, angekommen erst am 03.01.2026 – für mich bereits ein klarer Bruch der Erwartung.
Damit nicht genug: Die Jacke kam nicht in der bestellten Farbe und zudem sichtbar verschmutzt an. In diesem Preissegment ist das absolut inakzeptabel.
Der Kundenservice war nicht lösungsorientiert, wirkte auf mich unprofessionell/ unseriös und hat den Prozess eher erschwert als unterstützt. Zusätzlich fehlte ein Rücksendeetikett, was die Retoure unnötig kompliziert gemacht hat.
Die Jacke ist bereits retourniert. Schade, dass Mitarbeitende mit so einer Abwicklung eine Marke dieser Klasse kaputtmachen.

Leider schlechter Kundenservice… Bei einem Garantiefall fordert man von mir erst sämtliche Unterlagen an und dann meldet sich niemand mehr. Auf mails wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Dort werde ich nie wieder etwas kaufen. So kann man auch Kunden verlieren.

Compré un abrigo hace 4 años y cada vez que me lo pongo se mancha de la humedad ósea que lo he llevado como mucho 10 veces , una prenda así no debería dar tan mal resultado

He comprado un abrigo en el corner de el corte ingles en nuevos ministerios y nunca me avisaron de que no te devolvían el dinero en caso de devolución. Aceptamos cambiarlo por otro abrigo 10 euros mas barato y te dicen que te Dan un vale de herno, donde no hay nada a ese precio. Hemos pedido cambiar por vale para el corte inglés y no lo aceptan . Es muy feo que te vendan algo y no te avisen de la política de devoluciones. Encima el abrigo que nos queríamos llevar estaba roto y había que repararlo antes de llevarnoslo.... horrible experiencia

Esperienza molto negativa , ho sempre acquistati Capispalla di questo marchio negli ultimimi 5-6 anno ma negli ultimi anni prodotti scadenti e materiali scadenti dopo qualche anno senza lavaggio si presentano in condizioni pessime , ma la cielegina sulla torta e che dopo aver contattato il costumer care dell' azienda mi chiedono lo scontrino che fortunatamente ho conservato , e di rivolgermi al negozio dove ho acquistato , che lo stesso mi ha detto di rivolgermi direttamente all azienda ! questa e la mia esperienza con questo marchio ! hanno perso un cliente saro un numero ma prima o poi le persone si rendono conto ! Vergognoso per capi cosi cari !

You write to the customer service asking about the outer lining of the Dean rain coat and they just answer things you already knew and that you find in the description of the coat. I wanted to know whether some chemical items are used to make the coat water resistant. They just ignored my question.

Also the description is wrong: it says Made in Italy while it is made in Bosnia Herzegovina. I will return my two coats and no more buy from Herno.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Capi costosi e qualità non all’altezza, il materiale è sottilissimo e delicatissimo, a rischio di strappo ad ogni indosso. Non ne vale la pena.

Worst customer service from an online brand that I have ever seen. They don’t give you information, they refuse to accept their responsibility, they are impolite and can’t solve any problem. Don’t buy online this brand

Used the sizing wizard on the website to order a $900 coat. It gave me a 14 based on my wife’s size 2. I called within a day to change the size and they told me there was nothing to be done — and this was before the charge cleared or the coat shipped. Told me to “refuse the order” and they couldn’t help me. Outrageous. Will never shop the brand again.

Two identical coats ordered from Italy (to UK), different sizes so always the case that one would be returned. Then I find out that they are incredibly unhelpful about returns; don't include an invoice in the box so 2 weeks later I am still working with FedEx on the return; they charge £80 (from the refund amount) to the customer for the returned item.

There is also a quality problem with the other item, the taffeta parka, allegedly water-resistant. In conversation with them about that.

Shocking, not the service from an outfit who claim they are a luxury brand

Bei Herno online shoppen heißt: onlineshopping wie es NICHT sein sollte: man wartet extrem lange auf die Rückerstattung bei Rücksendungen.
Obwohl Rücksendeunterlagen und Rücksendelabel der Lieferung beiliegen, werden Rücksendungen nur bearbeitet , wenn man eine RAN ( wahrscheinlich eine Rücksendenummer) vor Rücksendung angefordert hat. Das Prozedere scheint in den AGB‘s gut versteckt zu sein . Als mir schließlich 11 Tage, nachdem DHL die Rücksendung an Herno geliefert hatte, der Erhalt von Herno bestätigt wurde, dauerte es weitere 30 !!!! Tage, bis ich mein Geld erhalten habe. Zwei nochmalige Erinnerungen waren hierfür nötig. Herno weist daraufhin, dass man für die Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen standardmäßig 14 Werktage benötigt. Man scheint also gerne mit dem Geld des Kunden zu arbeiten. In punkto Organisation hat das Unternehmen ein bisschen Nachholbedarf. Sicherlich das letzte Mal, dass ich im Herno-Onlineshop bestellt habe.

I ended up returning the coat I purchased, all in a perfect condition, never worn and with all the tags. Their customer service confirmed that my return had been accepted and approved and I'll just have to wait for whenever they decide to issue a refund. It's been 1.5 months since they received the return and there's still no refund. It's $1,000+ coat and money wasted.

Miserabler Kundenservice und intransparente Website! Die kostenlose Lieferung und Rücksendung hat mich trotz .ch Website URL rund CHF 100 gekostet mit einer Abwicklungsdauer von 3 Monaten.

Bought a nice Herno jacket that has a double zip - impossible to use. It is a major design flaw - it is almost impossible to get the zipper closed while wearing the jacket. The fact that the zip does not come to the end of the jacket but finishes a few inches from the end means you have to manipulate the pin and risk pulling the pin out of the fabric. I asked the retailer if he could get a single zip to replace the double zip - but he can not. I am so disappointed

The item was of poor quality. Took a month to deliver, returned back to their warehouse, confirmed return, and then it has never been refunded. I lost £865.

Habe meinen Artikel vor Wochen retourniert und noch immer keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Auch nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen via Mail und Telefon - keine Rückmeldung. Das grenzt schon an Betrug!

So i bought a jacket from a local dealer who sells Herno (amongst other brands) in Malmoe, Sweden. The jacket was leaking down from the first day. I was traveling alot at that time and showed up at the store two-three months after the purchase and showed them the jacket. They agreed that it was pretty unusual and leaked alot of down. I told them that i really loved the jacket and would like a similar. If they dont have it in stock, i can also take another jacket from Herno since i like their models.

The local dealer sent the jacket to Italy for checkup by Herno them selves. In return i got a textmessage that Herno claimed me of having used the jacket inapropriate and they wouldn't claim it back. (I work within finance and have used the jacket while walking to the office and home...)

Since i am a good customer to the local dealer he was a bit of ashamed so he took the jacket back and i got a full refund.

This is really sad because i liked the brand and their clothes but as a matter of principals i will never buy anything from this crap company again and wouldn't advice anyone else to do it either since they dont care about their customers at all. They take no responsibility for the quality issues after the clothes has been sold. Be warned.
