The vehicle was given to me with just over a quarter of a tank of fuel. When I returned it, the counteragent expected it to be full. I explained to him that it was not issued to me with a full tank of fuel.

Had pick up time of noon
Had pick up time of noon. Did not store closed at noon. Had to wait 2days to get problem fixed. After some yelling the store fixed the problem. But it did delay our vacation 2 days.

The staff was awesome
The staff was awesome. It was very easy to get what I needed. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. My favorite car rental place.

Wrong car and rushed to agree car was fine (no damage) before leaving
Wrong car, big difference between hybrid and not. Lied, said car they gave us was an upgrade. Nope. Cheaper car not hybrid and smaller. I wouldn't have paid the extra money to get the larger car that's a hybrid to get a gas car.
Attendant rude. Told me to move so he could take pictures when I wanted to inspect the car prior to accepting responsibility for it's condition. Wouldn't write down existing damage and wouldn't make sure it was clearly memorialized in his photos.
