So much better than the recent experiences I’ve had with other car rental companies(looking at you Budget/Avis). Will be renting from Hertz for sure on the next vacation!

So much better than the recent experiences I’ve had with other car rental companies(looking at you Budget/Avis). Will be renting from Hertz for sure on the next vacation!

Customer coordination.
Normally this location is great for renting a car. But when it's busy in that rental office, someone should coordinate the lineup of customers in there. When I went to pick up my rental, there were nearly 14 to 15 people all over in that office and as I walked in, no one knew who was first or last. It was chaotic. Other than that, renting from that location is normally an easy place to rent from. Staff is pleasant to work with, they get the car ready for you, take pics of the vehicle and have it ready for you to get in and get on the road.

Representative I booked reservation…
Representative I booked reservation with put all the information wrong and when I changed it I got charged more. The second Representative was the same not helpful. I will never rent from Hertz again. I will never recommend Hertz to anyone at all.
