Awesome customer service at port Canaveral location. Super quick.

The lady at the desk was warming and polite. The process went quickly

On time, good clean vehicle, easy to find, and easy to return

It was easier than I thought it would be. Suv was nice almost brand new. We were under way in about half an hour. Staff was friendly.

The car’s gas gauge wasn’t working properly so despite filling the tank immediately before returning the car, I was charged their ridiculous gas price. I showed my receipt to the employee who said I would not be charged, then he went ahead and charged me anyway. They also charged me for an extra day even though I picked up and dropped off at the correct times. You can bet I will NEVER RENT FROM FROM HERTZ AGAIN.

A quick and easy service from your service tram and the car was cleaned gassed and ready on time!!!!

Hertz is Cape Canaveral has a bad service. I am a president circle member though got one of the oldest car with speaking noise. I asked for a another car but they said straight up no, though there were cars on the lot. It was a urgent need so didn’t push

Fast service and friendly Customer Service

The customer service rep that booked me was not entirely truthful nor helpful. All her efforts were too load my bill with additions that I did not need (I was unfamiliar with US environment) which made the package expensive at the end of the day. Also I had booked specifically for a Nissan Altima but I was given another vehicle without been informed of this change at the desk. I only found out at the lot and I was not willing to go back to the unfriendly desk officer. The return process was however smooth and seamless and also convenient. I doubt if I will be using Hertz again just because of the booking officer. Thanks

The person would not help by getting in contact with the rental site to check on shuttle service at Port Canaveral. Alamo was able to provide me with that importation so they get my business.

Laura ALWAYS takes such great care of me (I rent from Cape Canaveral often) and she always recognizes me even before I show my Driver's License and provides excellent service and great cars. As a President's Club Member, I feel valued. Plus, the cars at Cape C are always so clean!

Mark made a mistake reserving a large vehicle for 12noon. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 8am arriving at Hertz by 930a approximately. Because of his error there was not a large vehicle to rent. He tried to rent a smaller vehicle and switch to a larger vehicle in The Villages, but even that was not available. He checked on the status a few times with no result. It was then that I waited in line at 11am to make sure we would even have a car. Jackie, was wonderful and deserves a 5 star rating for her service. She was the only one who left the computer and checked to see if a large vehicle was available, and there was. We departed within 10-15min. Thank you to Jackie who gave great customer service!
