Laura ALWAYS takes such great care of me (I rent from Cape Canaveral often) and she always recognizes me even before I show my Driver's License and provides excellent service and great cars. As a President's Club Member, I feel valued. Plus, the cars at Cape C are always so clean!

5 Star rating for customer Service for Jackie
Mark made a mistake reserving a large vehicle for 12noon. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 8am arriving at Hertz by 930a approximately. Because of his error there was not a large vehicle to rent. He tried to rent a smaller vehicle and switch to a larger vehicle in The Villages, but even that was not available. He checked on the status a few times with no result. It was then that I waited in line at 11am to make sure we would even have a car. Jackie, was wonderful and deserves a 5 star rating for her service. She was the only one who left the computer and checked to see if a large vehicle was available, and there was. We departed within 10-15min. Thank you to Jackie who gave great customer service!

long wait at pickup, lot closed at return…
had to wait a long time at car pick up since the reserved car was not available. At return to sanford airport location, the lot was closed. Had to wonder around the dark airport to try to figure out where to leave the car. Tried to call local and global customer service and was not able to connect to anyone. The worker finally arrived and opened the gate when several cars were lined up outside.
