Both managers are efficient and provide quality service

Service was great. Olivia and her team do a very good job. The car was clean and delivered to me in a timely manner.

I didn't get the car that I reserved. I was put in a take it or leave it situation and had to settle on a smaller car.

I requested NO additional insurance of any kind, no extras. I was charged a daily insurance fee anyway. I'm going to try Enterprise next time I need a vehicle.

We were able to get a vehicle that had plenty of room at a discount through the app..it was ready when we got there to pick it up..literally 15 minutes and we were on our way..no hassle..no waiting..convenient location..helpful staff..thanks

The car was difficult to drive at night with little interior lighting, making it impossible to view the temp controls in the dark….located at the very bottom of the dash with no lights above to see the choices, especially driving in a rain storm. It was dangerous.

Also, there was NO windshield washing fluids in the car.

The young man at the desk was kind and courteous.

Customer service was top notch and the vehicle exceeded my expectations.

Easy pickup up and appreciate the overview of features and the pics of the condition prior to my arrival.
Used drop box for return so very easy.

I’ve been running through the Erlanger Kentucky office for years. They always have a great staff no surprises everything‘s on time.

The pick up was seamless, the van we rented was good. We purchased the gap insurance and spent 4 days getting them cover the cracked windshield. Which was supposed to cover it.

People working in Erlanger are kind and helpful and eager to make my experience good. Helpful when I need to change my reservation.
