Car was not safe to drive. Second time getting a vehicle through hertz that was not safe to be on the road and or had not gone through any sort of service inspection. Came on time and they had new hours printed and taped on the window. Had to wait for the rental to be cleaned. When staff was informed of vehicle issues they brushed them off like they weren’t anything and said they couldn’t offer any sort of refund.
I had a great experience with Chris, he was very helpful and always has a pleasant attitude.
Our rental car ran smoothly. I will say when we picked up our rental car, Christian the rental rep was VERY nice, informative and patient! I am very surprised he is not the manager by now! So, onto the Manager Associate II- Sidnei Clark VERY VERY rude! As Christian was explaining all the rules and regulations regarding our rental, Sidnei VERY rudely interrupted him! I told her that was rude and she walked away! It was another customer there that she was assisting and I overheard her being rude to him! I looked at him and looked at me and just shook his head in disbelief. When we returned our rental on 6/29/26 @ 8:30am it was a little bit of a wait due to Sidnei arguing with a customer and her husband! She told the customers that they needed to leave the store or she was going to call the police! Honestly, I really don't know what happened, but Sidnei was clearly in the wrong! If we ever rent from Hertz again it will NOT be the location on 1901 Green Bay road! As long as Sidnei is there!! We will be happy to rent because of Christian!
