I had placed my rental for pickup from a different location than drop off
I had placed my rental for pickup and drop off at two different locations and I dropped the car exactly where was agreed upon in my rental agreement. The company reached out said they couldn't find the car a week later I told them where and when I had returned it, they told me it had been settled. Then the store manager called from where I had picked up the vehicle, and said he never received the vehicle back. Then I was charged over 300 extra dollars in late fees, to which I called and explained with receipt and evidence to which I was told it would be handled. I received email receipt of this last interaction and it said "We concluded that we had not heard back from our senior management regarding your complaints. As a result, we are unable to make adjustments to your rental." I will not be renting from Hertz again, incredibly unorganized, poorly managed and horrible customer service. Please don't make the same mistake I did, take your business anywhere else.
