Picking up the car only one person helping someone and 4 people waiting

The car I received and the price that I paid for it were competitive, but the facility seems to be chronically understaffed, slowing the pickup process. There has been personnel turnover at this location, but I don't know the cause of the turnover. The new people are trying their best, so I give them an A for effort.

Service for picking up the vehicle was very slow. Long lines and no communications, waiting in line, then waiting at the desk because the agent needs to do something in the back area, then waiting for the car to be cleaned and sanitized, then waiting again since 2 tires were low on air. The name of the game is waiting.

Returning the car is the same. I need to speak with the agen upon returning. Long line again, waiting just to return. No communication at all. After all the waiting, then the agent decided to just collect the key and told me everything will be done thru e-mail.

Very unprofessional at this location. I would never ever rent from this location. It took me 90 minutes plus to rent and another 40 minutes just yo return. I never had this experience from other rental company even at a busy airport locations.

Understaffed and agents needs to communicate better with the customers.

Single staffer left at location to handle 6+ customers waiting. He was lovely, but shouldn't be left to handle on his own. Also having a $200+ fee to extend rental by 1 day is outrageous.

Car was dirty, they didn’t wash it at all before picking it up. The car was close to 3 years old and had 52000 miles. Not a big deal if the interior didn’t stink and the car had a very loud rattle and clunk coming from underneath the car every time it went over the slightest bump. For this kind of car and experience I could have rented with Turo.
