The women serving at LFT are fantastic. Cars ready to go, friendly faces, they remember us who utilize them more frequently, and aim to serve in an efficient way. For example, when they are working through a longer contract and see one waiting to make a return, they notice, ask for the keys and so the customer can get on his/her way. Just perfect experiences.

I was emailed 24 hours after I dropped…
I was emailed 24 hours after I dropped off the car that I was getting charged $455 for a windshield that had a chip in it. I never saw the chip and when I called the place I dropped off the car I felt like they didn’t care to hear me. Told me to call the claims department. How do I know no one else used the car in those 24 hours. No one even checked the car when I dropped it off. Not satisfied on how this is being handled.
