The staff did not have the vehicle I reserved and then up charged me for the vehicle they had, were extremely rude and basically take it or leave it. Not good customer service!

The staff did not have the vehicle I reserved and then up charged me for the vehicle they had, were extremely rude and basically take it or leave it. Not good customer service!

Well the vehicle I reserved wasn’t…
Well the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available so they offered me a substitute and for the first time in @15yrs I had to pay for the higher vehicle because of their error. Also I took a video of inside of vehicle because it had to be the worst one we’ve ever got. Rips in the ceiling, tears in fabric, scratches all over some really bad. The outside looked nice though and when I wanted to extend my rental I had issues with that as well. I’ve always used Hertz, we travel a lot from Texas to Oklahoma, Illinois and a few other places but after this trip, I’m going to start checking with other car rental places for our next trip

From start to finish it was a great rental experience. The staff at both pick-up and return were friendly and professional. Then vehicle I chose was exactly what I needed and was clean. Definitely would rent from Hertz again.
