The staff at the Lafayette Street location are always helpful, and it's quick to pick up and to return. If you're looking for a big selection of vehicles or other bells and whistles, maybe not the right fit for you, but if you're looking for a dependable Hertz location that provides good service, a great option.

What can I say
What can I say? Did I enjoy waiting three hours for a car at the beginning of my vacation? Not really. Maybe try to balance supply and demand a little more? I get it, Manhattan is busy. And $33 a day to use ezpass, really? Thanks but no thanks. I did get a higher class car after waiting, since they were literally handing out cars after they came in for all of us waiting, waiting, waiting.
