i called over 30 times when i had the…
i called over 30 times when i had the car because the brakes were terrible, we barely drove the car around and i couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help me fix it. same thing happened when we flew in slightly late, they then didn’t have a car for us until later in the day but the price stayed the same. i also called and talked to an employee before we even finalized our reservation to make sure the under 25 fee was only $20 daily, because otherwise we were going to go with enterprise, she then assured me it was $20 and come to find out it was $25 per day. will never be renting with hertz again this experience was awful.

Rented at non airport site. At airport, cars are clean (including windshield). Non airport a different experience. Staff still very friendly (as always) yet car was not clean & price still the same as airport. Further, had to take Uber to my rental car vendor of choice (Hertz). No acknowledgment.

My car broke down and I used my AAA to…
My car broke down and I used my AAA to tow my car to repair shop. Through AAA I was given a car rental for 1 day. They made the arrangements with you for the car rental. I had to put down my CC deposit unfortunately at your office when I picked up the rental. I also had to pay $6. I was also advised that I would have to pay $1.33 when I return the rental. I was charged $59 for the rental. When I called the office advised me that it’s not their problem that I need to call AAA.

Always I didn't get the car as I expected as I made the reservation.

The Hertz location where I picked up…
The Hertz location where I picked up and dropped off the vehicle seems under staffed. When I tried to pick up the car the first time I waited for 30 minutes and never had an interaction with the front desk. I went back an hour later and was able to pick up the vehicle. When I received the vehicle the interior was dirty.
