WHAT STUNNING POOPOO CUSTOMER CARE & SERIVCE
Reserved a car at their Ontario location, went there for pick up, arrived on time, was told there is NO CAR at all for me, not even a different tier/class/upgrade/downgrade or anything what so ever. Counter person said he has NO IDEA when any cars will be dropped off for me. I can wait or I can go somewhere else. WOW, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I called customer service, she wasnt much more helpful. She asked me what do I want to do?? I said, you should be solving my problem and offering me solutions, not asking me for answers/solutions and what do I want to do without offering me what is it you are going to do to help me get into a car!!
Had to pay for Uber MYSELF, OUT OF MY OWN POCKET, to go from this Ontario location to the Ontario Airport to pick up a different car on a different reservation AT A HIGHER PRICE too!! Lady on the phone says thats the price, do I want it, showing no compassion for the situation, while I am standing in the near 100 degree heat outside talking to her on the phone and frustrated, I have no car to rent nor a car to get to a different location.
ABSOLUTELY horrendous customer service and care!!
And this is with me being a Hertz GOLD+ Member along with being and having an American Express Platinum Card level benefit with Hertz. STUNNING service and benefits!!
I can keep going and go more into details but you all get the idea....SIGH...
All this stress and delaying my departure time to try to make it in time to Tempe, AZ for my Medical Appointment was epic fail....
